It seems that the 12-12 would be implemented definitely and K had insisted that it should be 8-8 but Lem was reluctant to accept the deal. He would reach home by 9+ and his wify had objected to the idea, it is true tgat if he taken up a clinic job, the salary would much be the same as he had a 25% cut of working time with joinning of our new colleague. Not sure yet but it would be back to square minus one if we loss him.....
