RRRRRabies....

The rabies issue is currently burning like hot cake here in Taiwan.... In the past, I used to tell my dog-bitten patient that there is no local rabies case but now...
The rabies vaccine shot cost RM800 per full vaccination ( injection on D0,3,7,14,28).... In most of the cases, the patient has to pay themself. The nearest injection center is 50km from our hospital. As for the immunoglobulin, there is only 3 shots left and I think it is one of the darkest period for pets and owners...
