It was a busy 24 hrs with pt coming in
non-stop. I had fallen asleep few times while staring at the monitor. The most
worrying part was driving home; very heavy traffic in the past and I was
trapped for over 999 second at one of the traffic once….I was darn worried that
I could fallen asleep during the drive and ram onto something. Well, with the
grace of GOD, I had a safe passage.
There would be 4 consecutive morning shifts
follow by 3 days off (in which, I had to attend courses in the afternoon…). Well,
the ED count stroke 192 yesterday and we would be expecting more today, the
best part was I got the day shift instead of night shift this new year, pro –
got to sleep in the night, cons – very very tiring…
